Arthur Havlicek

Arthur Havlicek is the CEO and President of the SW Michigan Regional Chamber.  

When he started at the Chamber, he had 1 employee. He now has 13 employees and has made many other positive changes since 2020, including increasing membership from 500 to over 1000.

The Chamber is a member-driven, non-profit organization serving Berrien, Cass and Van Buren Counties. Their mission is to promote business and the quality of life in SW Michigan, and they focus on a “Healthy Growth Cycle” that starts with a positive migration of residents and increased births.

Unfortunately, our population is aging, and our births are declining, so migration is essential. The Chamber focuses on development in business, community, economy, policy, and leadership to make SW Michigan a place where people want to live, raise a family, and do business.
