Dear ,
I hope things are going well for you and your business.
I am writing you to make you aware of an opportunity for your business to help support our local Kiwanis Club. The Club is active in our community, supporting many local projects and several area High School Key Clubs. Last year, our club played a large role in the installation of the Kaleidoscope playground at Kiwanis Park in St Joseph.
So, here’s how you can help. Our Pancake Day fundraiser is being held at The Whitcomb in St Joseph, May 16th, from 8 am to noon. All the proceeds from this will be used to fund our ongoing community projects. Service Clubs such as ours are critical to our community.
Please consider sponsoring this project. Your business’s generosity will be greatly appreciated not only by our Club but by many who our Club supports. The Kiwanis Club of St Joseph/ Benton Harbor has been doing good things in our community since 1921. Kiwanis and Tiny Tots Parks have been the Clubs focus along with sponsoring Key Clubs at Lakeshore, St Joseph, and Bridgman High Schools.
Lastly, we would love you or someone from your business to become a member of our Club. I have enclosed a brochure explaining the Club and what we do. Just give me a call and I’d be happy to arrange a visit to an upcoming meeting. They are held each Tuesday at The Elks Club in Benton Harbor at noon.
Please complete and return the attached sponsor form to The Kiwanis Club of St. Joseph/ Benton Harbor. The Foundation is a 501C3 charitable foundation. Please contact me at if you have any questions. Your business will be recognized at the event.
Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Kiwianis Club of St Joseph/ Benton Harbor
