Jon Smith, is the project manager for the I-94 Business Loop (BL) and M-63 Reconstruction Project. He gave an overview of the project and its schedule. The planning started in 2020. A project team was assembled which included Advisory Group Members, such as the City of St. Joe, Rep. Joey Edwards, etc. A design team and construction team were put together also. The project will run north on Main St. in St.Joseph from Central Ave (Niles Ave. from Winchester Ave. to Main St. will be resurfaced), to the Blossomland Bridge and the Bicentennial Bridge. I
